About the Artists:

Suzi Shelton
For over a decade, Suzi Shelton has been a beloved voice in independent family music and a cornerstone of the NYC kids’ music scene. A Park Slope favorite, she regularly fills playgrounds and venues like Old Stone House of Brooklyn, Brooklyn Public Library, and Jalopy Theatre. Her Wake Up & Dance series at Shapeshifter Lab has become a monthly hotspot for families with young children for the past two years. 

Amelia Robinson of Mil’s Trills 

A Brooklyn-based children’s music project dedicated to creating positive inclusive music-making experiences that strive to empower and embrace young audiences and families. Through joyful collaborative live shows, engaging albums, and interactive songwriting web series, Amelia works to find new creative ways of bringing people together towards a peaceful global community.

Benjamin (Princess Backpack and Benjamin)
Benjamin writes for beloved kids’ TV shows including Rosie’s Rules (PBS) and Dora (Nickelodeon). His musical project, Princess Backpack, features a magical talking bag from the kingdom of Backpackia. Together with friends like Suzi Shelton, Benjamin creates playful, joyful, heartfelt kids’ music heard on kids’ radio stations around the world including their latest album 'We're Friends Now.'
